Admissions Information
St Mary's College is a Voluntary Catholic Academy in the Diocese of Middlesbrough. It is a co-educational, secondary comprehensive school, for students aged 11 - 18.
The College is part of St Cuthbert's Roman Catholic Academy Trust and the Trust Board is the Admissions Authority and is responsible for determining the admissions arrangements and administering independent appeals.
Primary to Secondary Applications for places in September 2025 - Criteria 7 - PROVEN APTITUDE IN MUSIC
Applicants seeking admission to Year 7 at St Mary's College under Criteria 7 are asked to register their interest in attending the Music Aptitude tests by completing the online form linked below.
The registration link will close on Friday 11th October at midday with tests at St Mary's College planned from 14th October.
Applicants who pass, will be put forward for selection under ‘Proven in Aptitude in Music' and will be notified of the outcome on Friday 25th October by 4pm, which is before the Local Authority final application deadline of 31st October.
Progression into this category, at this stage, does not guarantee a place will be allocated.
